Shipping policy

Most of our products are made to order. While we keep some items in stock, availability varies depending on current inventory and order volume.

Processing Time

Orders are typically printed, inspected, and packaged within 1–5 business days after the order is placed.

Items that are already in stock may be ready sooner. Larger orders, customized items, or periods of higher order volume may require additional processing time.

Because many of our products are 3D printed specifically for each order, processing time includes printing, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using UPS after production and packaging are complete.

Shipping transit time begins after the package has been accepted by UPS and is separate from our processing time.

Delivery estimates provided by UPS may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Made-to-Order Products

We work to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of each print. Because many products are manufactured after an order is placed, production times may vary slightly based on item size, print complexity, inventory availability, and current order volume.
